Message of May 15 was read, stating the House failed to concur in              
the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 201(FIN) am                      
and respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment,

the mental health land trust litigation, Weiss v.

institutions, programs, and services that are affected                         
by ch. 66, SLA 1991; and providing for an effective                            
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate recede from its amendment                 
and recommended the body vote no.
